| Meget lys farve, med en smule brun kant, pæne gardiner. Ret mørk duft, lidt lavendel og typisk nebbiolo karakter. Ikke så kraftig. Smagen er først frsk og let, og så glider den over i meget stærk tannin. Desvære mangler der kompleksitet. Den virker lidt for tynd og syrlig i det. Masser af tannin og bitterhed. Lade den ligge et år og håb at den falder lidt tl ro. Den skal dog drikkes inden frugten helt forsvinder. |
