| Fin lys farve, klassisk provence i den meget lette, lakseagtige stil. Duften er let og frisk, god kraft og og en fine tone med masser af frisk frugt. En smule krydderurter og grøntsager over den, men ganske god. Smagen er frisk og lang, ikke så mange dikkedarer, bare ren og fin med stringent syre og lidt ribs. Eftersmagen har fin længde og lidt hvid peber. |
